With her many years of working in private households, and growing up in a family that had domestic help, she knows the value of hiring someone you can trust to bring into your home and leave with your children is priceless. Rebecca’s ethics and moral character have earned her the trust of numerous families throughout Southern California and beyond. All our nannies are expected to uphold the same ethics and standards.

VIP Nanny Agency places live-in, live-out, part-time, full-time, and temporary nannies. Our prerequisites are that each nanny has a valid driver’s license and a minimum two years experience working with children in the childcare industry. They are required to fill out an eight-page application and interview with VIP Nanny Agency’s owner. We thoroughly check their references and do a comprehensive background check. Each nanny is also required to be CPR and first aide certified within 30 days of being placed with a family. All our nannies have vast experience and a passion for working with children.

Our nannies are the most experienced and professional in the area. The primary responsibility of the nannies is to provide care for your children. Their duties may also include light housekeeping including picking up after the children, preparing meals for the children, children’s laundry, and tidying up the kitchen. We emphasize that our nannies are there primarily for the children’s care and not as housekeepers.
