We offer three contracts to fit the needs of every family. Our placement fee for live-in nannies is 12% of the nanny’s annual gross salary and for live-out nannies our placement fee is 15% of the nanny’s annual gross salary. We also offer a temporary contract for nannies employed 90 days or less, and the placement fee is 20% of the total gross salary paid to the nanny during the time of employment.

One of VIP Nanny Agency’s unique qualities is that we offer a pre-placement, in-home assessment for each family for a small $200 fee. The placement counselor whom you will be working with will come to your home so that you can get better acquainted with our agency, policies, and meet your very own placement counselor.

Included in our fee is a 90 day replacement period, driving report, and thorough criminal and background report(s). Our replacement period guarantees that if your nanny is fired or leaves the job for any reason we will replace them with no additional fee. Trustline registry for your nanny is an additional $130 and is required by California state law. We are here to help you before, during, and after you hire a nanny.
